We once had a misunderstanding with an appointment. I provided some direct feedback and they Incorporated everything I called out. That's what I call great customer service! Love that they are in my neighborhood and they show great attention to their patients.
When the beloved vet we had used for almost 20 years was forced to close two years ago we had a very hard time finding a vet that both we and our terrier liked. QA came very highly recommended by friends and we have had a wonderful experience with everyone there. We use them exclusively even though we live on the opposite side of the city!
