I saw Lauren for the second time today. The first visit was ok but this time she made me feel like a naughty child, didn't listen to me, didn't believe my pain and didn't even ask what I was there for before she started cutting my nails. Eventually I told her I felt like I wasn't being listened to and I wanted to leave. She blocked the door and told me to sit down. She let me leave after I asked a second time, then I had to listen to her whispering to the receptionist about me while I waited to pay.
Fabulous treatment for ingrown toenail shard removal. Highly recommend!

I have concerns a Podiatrist can't recognise a serious fungal infection in my toe. Inquiring about the pain in my toe I was told I had hammer toe and a callus under the nail. After pain continues and bleeding my doctor diagnose a fungal infection
