Dr ambar rafique is awesome she helped me out in minutes very quick and effective got me sorted being to her multiple times

Every time I go for a health check, the doctors try and just get the appointment done as soon as possible without actually listening to the problem and also the lab reports take ages to be sent, each time I call the usual response is call after a couple days and check. If possible please visit other gp's.
The receptionist's on more then one occasion failed to listen and post an accurate message on the doctor's notice board.
I have been a patient with the GP Super Clinic for approximately 15 years. My most recent experience with the clinic has been the worst in my experience. I had missed an appointment in July 2024 and had been charged a missed appointment fee, fair enough with warning given that this occurs if you miss your appointment. Then, I called on the 23/01 and booked my son in for his 12 month immunisations on the 11/02 with his doctor check up at 9:00 followed by the nurses at 9:10.
