Worst clinic I ever visited, waited for 3 hours for a pre employment medical appointment. Only one Doctor serving 20 patients. Really disappointed. I had to cancel my other appointments because of their mismanagement.

Today I met the Crawford Street Medical centre practise/Business Manager whos name is Tharuna and we discussed my issues, which I raised in my post (as below) a few months ago. Firstly I need to apologise to Tharua as she has very seen any of my feedback forms. Tharuna is a very nice woman and I could tell that she knows the importance of good/great customer service. Slow service; waited 40 min for getting service for emergency patient even had an appointment. 10/15 min is acceptable but that alot. If you can’t give service on appointment time why do take appointment. Worst service ever had.
Worst service from the manager I don’t know who she is but terrible will never go back
