Qué Việt became one of my staples almost immediately after moving into Minneapolis, and at this point I can’t separate the restaurant from my memories of living here. I’ve eaten here during transitional times, settled-in-and-part-of-the-community times, with my kids, and now during those increasingly nostalgic trips back to Minnesota.
