Very cute restaurant, food was fabulous, service was great, but the music was too loud, plus all the people then shouting over the music. We were at a 2 person table and we couldn't even have normal conversation. We decided to go elsewhere for dessert so we could actually talk.
I’m giving the atmosphere 3 stars ONLY because my first experience was really good. This is now my 3rd time here and the service and food keep declining. From the server consistently walking away to service others while we were mid sentence ordering to my burrito turned chimy being served burnt with an awkward smell. We were served in plastic cups inside initially which was corrected ( may have been a learning curve for a new employee). . Love love love this place! Was looking for a good food spot in Charlotte, and a friend said I had to try Que Onda, so glad I took their suggestion! Food was fantastic, and service was quick. Our server, Caleb, was polite, attentive, and fast! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
