Update: Came here on Sunday because Google Maps said it was open, but it was actually closed. The phone number was also out of service, so I couldn’t even call to confirm. Wasted my time driving all the way here. Really frustrating. 😕 We went on a weekend around lunchtime, and the restaurant was pretty quiet. Far better than I expected. All the meat was fresh and this is early afternoon. Tastes like Vietnam. One of the few that nail it. Service was great. Interior is a little old but comfortable. Place is so small. I wasn't expecting much. But they delivered. Peanut sauce with the spring rolls is amazing.
The place is cozy and renovated, but compared to the old pho spot that was here, this place is absolute basura meat is rancid, top lying to yourselves. Broth flavorless, you can dump as much money as you want into the actual building, but it tastes like you guys do construction/renovations instead of food
Pho is excellent. Everything else we had was really good to. Highly recommend. Had the Banh Mi to go. Really really good. I might come back to Hartford just to order from here again. One member of our party remarked that it was the best smoothie he has ever had.
