The contractor Kermit is very unprofessional. We purchased a new home that was built under his company at the end of September 2022. Since then it’s been a pain to get the repairs looked at.(our house is less than 1 year old). He has refused to fix things and still haven’t replaced certain things on our house from the home inspection that he has provided written agreement to fix.
