I picked up my Toshiba Satelite laptop up from Que Computers today and was very happy with their customer service. My laptop DC-in port had become loose over years of the charger being plugged in and out and the computer moved from room to room (common among laptops). Que computers quoted the fix at \$150 including part and labor. I was very happy to have a working laptop within 7 days and the total price came to \$160 including tax. I recently had a computer repair done at Que and was extremely satisfied. I brought it in on a Thursday. They said it would be ready Tue or Wed, but it was ready for me on Saturday. The guy actually came in on his day off to finish it! It needed some new parts, and they gave me a good trade-in on my old ones (one part was an even exchange). Later when I came in with a problem, the guy dropped everything and spent a couple of hours working with me, and then didnt charge me a cent. Cant beat that!
I have always been happy with the service and prices at Que computers. They dont try to nickel-and-dime you like the big chains. Look at the prices on 50-ft Ethernet cables (for ex.), Que will be selling them for about \$15 while the chains will be selling them for about \$30.Also, if you are looking to pick up 5-30 desktops for your school/church/biz. they often have whole fleets that they have bought from businesses. I recently had a bad experience getting a PC laptop fixed at Que. I was surprised, because a few years ago, I bought a Mac system there, and was very pleased with the product. But the service was very slow, and they did not even have the courtesy to call me when they finally finished repairing the laptop.
Que Computers is a great choice for value and knowledge of past and present technology.
