I called yesterday, and they took my details, saying they would get back to me. However, when I called again today, I was told that Monique is fully booked for a whole year. I don’t understand how it’s impossible to get an appointment just for a haircut. I chose this salon because a friend recommended it, but this experience has been quite disappointing.
I've been going to Que for 1.5 years now and it's been 10/10 every time! All of the staff are friendly and professional I usually see kelsey who is the best :) I had to squeeze in last minute today, and saw Tony who I'd also definitely highly recommend Love coming here!
I got my hair colour a few weeks ago with Georgie and was so pleased with the results. The whole experience felt like such a treat and each stage is given so much attention to detail. Georgie is very talented.
