Paid for a cut and blow dry style they forgot to blow dry/ style but charged me anyway. Added as a credit to my account. Because they didn’t notice apparently. Person who cut my hair was training younger staff around me on how to up-sell the whole time. She even high fived them when they sold a shampoo add ons. I decided I don’t wanna go back to that environment. I asked to have the credited money refunded instead. I’ve emailed 3 times called 2 times and it’s been 5 months. Never heard back never got a refund.
