Unfortunately like a lot of the other 1 star reviews, I was really disappointed with my overall experience at Que. I was a new client to the salon and had two appointments for highlights and unfortunately on both occasions the results were not what I had hoped for. After my first appointment I came back for a complimentary adjustment. After my second appointment I noticed that my highlights were extremely stripy around the roots particularly around the parting (very uneven) and in my opinion looked terrible.
