The service centre is exceptionally well run. Office staff are brilliant and go beyond, Jason polite and efficient and the mechanics knowledge and attentive to all aspects. Definitely a fantastic. Well worth the money.

i had my car serviced here and they forgot to reset and oil sensor. this caused my car to eventually lose power and the DPF filter warning to come on all the time. i had to have it urgently assessed somewhere else who diagnosed the mistake by quayside. it cost me $270, a day off work, 2.5 round trip (due to no one else having availability to urgently assess) and a lot of stress. when i asked quayside if they could offer me any compensation for all this trouble they caused they said no and didnt even apologise, even though i ... read more
