I had a terrible experience with Ballina Quayside. I booked my car in to have a couple of issues assessed under warranty. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told the warranty was no longer valid and that it would cost a significant amount just for them spending 15 minute on it, with no repairs included. During the same visit, one of the things I asked was if they could look at the driver’s side sun visor, which simply wouldn’t stay against the side window but otherwise stayed in place at the front and folded up normally. The girls in the office were great The service was punctual and we were advised when completed The only reason why I would give 4 out of 5 stars is because of the non essential cross sells
The service centre is exceptionally well run. Office staff are brilliant and go beyond, Jason polite and efficient and the mechanics knowledge and attentive to all aspects. Definitely a fantastic. Well worth the money.
