Terrible customer service, the old woman who takes glasses orders is very rude and does not know the manners of a civilized and urban person.
Dr. Ashraf and all associates' service is the worst, worst, worst quality service I have ever received in my life. My mom ordered glasses. First, first they said it takes 5 business days for the glasses to be delivered; it took them 15 days to deliver them. As soon as we picked up the glasses, we noticed the lens had a different number and belonged to someone else! My mom couldn't use it, and she got a headache.
