Such poor service - told to come at 7:45, car would be serviced in first round. Car started service at 11am - finished 1:30 pm. Apparently you should IGNORE ANY BOOKING ADVICE - the service staff have no system- it’s first come first served - even if you’ve booked it in. If you want to waste your day then Ballina Mitsubishi is the place to come.
I arrived at Ballina Mitsubishi to book our 12-month-old SVB in for its first service and was immediately welcomed by the friendly reception team, Sam and Ella. Sam looked after me and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had a few questions about the car’s functions (yes, I should have read the manual!), and Sam kindly came out and showed me. Great front-line staff—thank you both!
I was told my car was ready at 12. I then was told I needed two new tyres. I only bought tyres 6 months ago. Anyway, I got there and the mechanics went to lunch and left me in the showroom for an another 2 1/2 hrs. I had no other way of getting home (11 kms) away. I have had this new car for 3 years and have had an issue everytime I go there. Once you have paid the $63k for a car they dont want to know you. Travelling south thru Ballina and engine lights and others on our dash stuck on. Popped into Ballina Mitsubishi and the staff were lovely looked at our car without appt within an hour and fixed and on the road within 1.5hrs for whole experience. Exceptional service staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road to enjoy the rest of our holiday!
