Absolute joke! My car broke down at Ballina and I had it towed to these guys. It was a very unexpected failure so I asked for an out of warranty/good will claim to be put through to Hyundai. I followed up with multiple e-mails and phone calls and it turned out that after 3 weeks they hadn't put the claim through! I was told it had been put through but they couldn't tell me the date. Disgraceful customer service. I had to get Hyundai Customer Care involved. In that 3 weeks that I was without a car the same staff member in the... read more
