Stayed at quay over the weekend and had a terrible experience. We checked in quite late (9pm) and found Book lice in our room, we had already gotten ready for bed ahead of a 6am start for a half marathon event so we didn’t swap rooms but let them know right away about the situation. they got back to me and offered us a 25% discount on our accommodation as a result. Fantastic little hotel in a brilliant location. Roof top restaurant is reasonably priced. Beds are comfy and pillows were very good. Stunning bathroom. Great view to the Quay but looks like a big building about to be built in front.
Picked the location for its central location. Walkable to eateries and shops and lots of scenic places-Elizabeth quay, bell tower etc. Parking at aud38/day,mutliple entry within same day,pay to hotel. Parking is in next bldg to hotel, space is tight so not advisable for 4WD type.room space is limited for 2 mid size luggages open up. Confort room,bed need a bit firm up for good rest.
