Adequate hotel but nothing fancy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not well laid out and the shower flooded the bathroom.
My favourite hotel in Perth! Friendly, attentive staff. Clean, excellent location, brilliant rooms.
Great service staff friendly and helpful.Awesome tasty breakfast.Good parking spots if you go to higher levels. Unfortunately the room was not up to par,air circulation in room poor with no window to open bathroom toilet literally loose and shower drain strainer loose and dirty.Room clean beds perfect!Room tight for space.
I have stayed in hotels and accommodation around the world and the country and can honestly say, The Quay offers one of the best facilities, friendly staff and amazing food. Well done Team Quay, you should be proud.
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I experienced at your café this morning. The cashier took the wrong order size for my coffee, and when I highlighted it, Christine, who introduced herself as the manager, insisted I either accept the wrong order or top up. I agreed to the top-up, but she then instructed her staff to simply pour the medium drink into a large cup and add milk—something I immediately rejected, as it is not a proper remake of the order.
