Worst property management company I’ve experienced in 23 years of renting. They have absolutely destroyed the living experience at Brentwood, I’m honestly shocked there aren’t more negative reviews. Went from being an incredible place to live under AWM’s management to somewhere I can’t wait to leave. Concierge team is lovely, though, zero issue with the service professionals - only with management and strata.

I normally don't leave reviews, but after our experience, I felt compelled to share it. Our building was managed by Gillian from Quay Pacific for several years, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. As a Strata Council, we encountered ongoing issues with communication, inaccurate information, and a lack of follow-through. I would not recommend working with Gillian as a Property Manager. This company does not respond to complaints in a timely or professional manner. I have previously complained about a collapsed retaining wall with no response until I posted a review. I am hoping after several emails I will get a response again. In a small community we have strata rules and it seems that in my strata that council members don’t have to follow dog leashing rules.
