This company does not respond to complaints in a timely or professional manner. I have previously complained about a collapsed retaining wall with no response until I posted a review. I am hoping after several emails I will get a response again. In a small community we have strata rules and it seems that in my strata that council members don’t have to follow dog leashing rules. Reg is difficult to deal with; he’s just collecting tenants' information and does not follow up or respond to calls or emails.

I used this property management company for about six years, and overall my experience was disappointing.
