I normally don't leave reviews, but after our experience, I felt compelled to share it. Our building was managed by Gillian from Quay Pacific for several years, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. As a Strata Council, we encountered ongoing issues with communication, inaccurate information, and a lack of follow-through. I would not recommend working with Gillian as a Property Manager. This company does not respond to complaints in a timely or professional manner. I have previously complained about a collapsed retaining wall with no response until I posted a review. I am hoping after several emails I will get a response again. In a small community we have strata rules and it seems that in my strata that council members don’t have to follow dog leashing rules. Reg is difficult to deal with; he’s just collecting tenants' information and does not follow up or respond to calls or emails.

I used this property management company for about six years, and overall my experience was disappointing. In the first four years, I went through three different property managers, which made things feel quite disorganized.
