Quay Pacific is very unprofessional company. They are managing our strata right now and it is pathetic. They"forgot" to pay our strata water bills for 46 months. They also use a recruiter/internet scammer by name Diana to target owners in social media groups. Once she finds her victim, she offers her help to deal with, as she stated "thieving companies", meaning Property Management Companies. My Starta started with Quay Pacific 6 months ago, and we are very satisfied with the level of service. Our Property Manager responds to emails and calls within a reasonable timeframe and is highly knowledgeable about addressing day-to-day problems and bylaws. Living in a larger Strata, there are also numerous things to deal with (it's never-ending at times). Thank you, Quay Pacific! Strata member, Ever-Lee.

I have dealt with Quay and James Jamieson for many years as a Council Member. They have been extremely helpful efficient and helpful. We have had a very challenging time at our strata in New Westminster and they have guided the strata in the right manner. I highly recommend theme

Quay Pacific Property Management was a terrible company to deal with. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone. Emails and phone calls were not returned. Any issues brought forward were dismissed. Emergencies were not taken seriously. James was rude and incompetent. They were a nightmare to deal with when we had a leak from an upstairs neighbor. I recently sold my condo and moved into a new one. The management at my new condo is wonderful. The difference is night and day. Avoid Quay Pacific at all costs!
