Beware, bring a book to your apptment. We waited close to 2 hours before seeing the doctor, and I had to approach the desk 3 times to ask about waiting. There were 2 other patients when we arrived who were in and out in a few minutes. So we sat there, alone in the waiting room while there was nothing going on, for over an hour. there were signs on chairs saying "this need disinfecting" and not once in 2 hours did either of the reception people wipe down any seats. What a scam. Run like a meat-packing plant/used car lot + cult, but with very poor staff who screw up appointments, etc. HOURS-long wait times to get to ANY appointment, and they make you come two times for things normally handled in one appointment at other offices. Gives out misinformation on using marijuana to treat pain, claiming that the Federal government insists he can't prescribe opioids for people who use it, which is complete bull (and even though its totally legal now in Oregon, and clinically verified to redu... read more

Horrible!! I go to this clinic for a nerve entrapment in my neck. I am not even on any kind of pain medication, yet a typical wait is well over an hour. I have now had 3 procedures cancelled the day before, 2 appointments not entered in their system, and once waited 3 1/2 hours for one of my procedures. I really like Dr. Kim, but I am done with this....total disrespect for other’s time. I am now asking my physician to send a referral to Dr. Sill.
