Rang and left a message notice to end my storage 16th November. They kept charging me for storage space because I couldn't get over to take a photo of the units for them. $932 so far.. it's a rip off of a pensioner.. after speaking to them and sending an email which bounced back have heard nothing.
Awesome customer service and great storage facility! 100% would recommend.
From calling the office and organising the storage unit was easy as 1 2 3. Done. Clean storage, great security excellent price month to month. Would highly recommend Quattro and would definitely use again.
