Says online and at the store that they close at 5:30. Arrived at 5 to get a cut and one rude employee refused to cut hair my hair and stated they were closed. Door was open and everything. Maybe change your times to say you’re closed at 5, not 5:30.
I visited this hair studio today for a badly needed haircut. I felt right at home with Iris. She gave me a lovely style and I felt so good about the entire experience. She also took her time with the fine details. What a great place as it is conveniently located right in Belleville. Thankyou so much Iris. I enjoyed your company as well.

I recently visited Quattro for the first time and had my hair cut by Wendy. I had a great experience! Wendy took her time to listen and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, I will definitely be back. The prices are reasonable too.
We moved to the area a few years ago and I traveled to see my old hairdresser for over 4 years until she retired. I tried three separate hairdressers over 3 years and always came home unhappy with my cut.
