Food was a bit pricey, but the lemon chive crab pasta was spectacular. Salad was also excellent, but they need to cut the stalk off the tomatoes.
What a hidden gem. Alex, our server, was fantastic. Very hospitable and friendly. The food was amazing (crab pasta & butternut squash ravioli), but the appetizer (peach toast) was lacking in presentation and size (one smaller sized piece of toast). I will definitely be making this a regular place for dinner.
Great locally owned Italian spot in Downtown Austin close to the capital. Quaint, cozy vibe. Excellent service and food. The family and I enjoyed it, and would recommend!
Quattro Gatti just gets it. Dubey and the entire staff make everything feel seamless. They know when to check in, when to give you space, and the hospitality always feels genuine. The kitchen is just as consistent, with food that is exciting, delicious, and thoughtfully done. It’s one of those places where you feel transported and the world slows down a little, giving you the chance to simply enjoy good food and good company.
My wife and I wouldn't consider ourselves regulars, but we used to visit Quattro Gatti several times a year until we had a negative experience with one of the servers. When we heard the restaurant was under new ownership, we were excited to give it another try and see what had changed.
