0/10 safety for residents and parking First off the one car per license rule is bs since if you have a car for work then a personal car they will just stick these warnings on your car even though in the back of the complex theres always consistently about 20-30 open parking spots a night (yes I walk and count them every night) It's absolutely incredible how these spots arent even available for guests so even though theres a free spot. This needs to change I hope everyone revolt against this rule as it creates hardships. then... read more
Been here 2 years and just signed on for a 3rd. Love love love it here. Maintenance is the absolute best. Always great activities and events put on by the office. Best rent price we could find in town, and we have made lots of friends here.
Smoking is now allowed anywhere on the property according to management so please beware if you are looking to move here.
Maintenance workers are super rude to older people
