Asked the office 3 weeks ago to look for the second spare retainer Dr Quasha said he would keep in case I ever lose it and the office never called back. I called on 10/28. I called again on 11/12 and 11/18. They said it’s been more than two years so we don’t know where your retainer is but you can buy another. Dr. Michael Quash is by far the most dangerous dentist to go to don’t go here unless u want complications and headaches
Called to make an appointment as they were recommended by my insurance. Associate on the phone told me there's a required charge for every cleaning of $80 for an "irrigation". She said insurance would not pay it and it's required by their office. I asked what type of chemical it was as I prefer to stay away from many medications as I'm more holistic.
