I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at Quasha Family Dental. The level of care and professionalism was honestly shocking. During my visit for a dental filling, the doctor was very unprofessional and careless. I was never given protective glasses, and my entire face was left exposed. Scummy and scammy business practices. They tried to charge me for a service without telling me that they were performing it. I certainly filed a grievance with my insurance company. I will not be going back. This was on my very first appointment and the Dr did not greet me when he walked in or introduce himself. He told me wisdom teeth needed to come out and did not take the time to explain why. Nor did he show me my x-rays of the teeth that have cavities so that I can know to clean more proper.
