Our office Northwest Valley Oral and Facial Surgery has used this company in the past for laser repair. They have always been excellent and reliable. For some reason they no longer answer their phone, they now have an answering service. I can not get them to respond to an email or a phone message. We have been trying to reach them since the 23 of May to service error codes associated with our Cutera laser.
