Started using Quartzy when I started my lab at a small liberal arts college. Quartzy has been absolutely perfect for the scale of my lab, and the support from Quartzy staff has been amazing.

After migrating from excel spreadsheets for inventories we are now always up to date in terms of what we have in lab (inspectors love us). Instead of paper ordering lists with a bunch of fields that no one ever completely filled out, or filled out pretty much unintelligibly, procurement is so much easier - for the requestor and the orderer. The more information we add to each item in our inventory the more efficiently the entire lab runs - I cant imagine lab life without this tool!

Prior to using Quartzy, I was managing inventory for our lab using simple spreadsheets, but over the years and with requirements to report to EH&S, that method became cumbersome. Enter Quartzy. It was free, it was user-friendly with a modern look to it, and simple to use. I set it up for the lab in no time, and it was better than our school's in-house inventory management system at the time.

Instead of improve every time they upload the app they take out things that worked or change the GUI to a more complex and less intuitive one. App was fine two uploads ago. I wish you would go back.
