Excellent experience! Adrian, our sales/project manager, was easy to work with and a great communicator. The installers were professional and true craftsmen. The countertop itself is just stunning. If only all aspects of a kitchen remodel could be this seamless and of this high caliber.
Outstanding service. They provided the counter tops for me at a local restaurant and went way out of their way to help. I highly recommend them.
Sub-par work. Do not recommend. In response to the owner's comments, I am speaking from personal experience and have no idea of who Justin is.
The person who answers the phone doesnt have a clue how to help, just come in and pick something out she says, no abilityto quote labor costs at all. Material costs varies.. yeah obviously! Then you're transferred to the husband who can't accept the fact his wife is actually hurting their business because shes clueless, he just says she's no sales person. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble of dealing with inexperienced people.
