Jin is amazing! I rarely get my nails done, but when I do I go to Jin. Luma is great with designs as well! Update!!! I had to think about this for weeks whether update my review or not. I had been going to Quartz for YEARS, I recommended many friends and family. For some time now, I started noticing an overbooking issue where at times I had to wait 30-40 minutes to be taken care of and I always had appointments. It’s been so hard to find a nail salon in ct that actually performs amazing and knows how to do trendy designs. I’ve been going here for the past 5 months and they have NEVER failed me in fact each time I get my nails done they improve and shock me! They are so kind and welcoming and customer service is always 10/10
Kathy was so sweet, delicate with my cuticle filled hands lol (I grow cuticle quickly lol) she asked “is this okay” every step of the way. I liked square shaped nails and she did them perfectly! I got white French tips refill and gel pedicure.
Amazing ! Very thorough mani pedi and very professional. Will be my new reg stop
