I genuinely NEVER EVER leave reviews unless it’s great. But holy. If you’re here for any nail on services they’re great but any nail removal services?? Absolutely forget it. I got the unlucky displeasure of getting the same lady twice now for removal. The first time i booked with her and absolutely HATED the experience, she didn’t ask me if i wanted to trim my nails and just CHOPPED IT OFF saying “your nails without anything will be too weak anyways” The second time which was today. The nail techs were friendly and accommodating. Our gel pedicures were well done and quick. They also waxed our eyebrows; the shape was beautiful.
