DR.FLOREZ is more interested in making $$$$ for his two hospitals than taking care of animals, He was TOO occupied with business to take care of the poor animals. My dog was MISDIAGNOSED AND OVER-MEDICATED and he did not follow up on him and he died of liver and kidney failure due to his overmedication. DO NOT GO THERE. We are beside ourselves and our dog could have been saved when we checked with another Vet but it was too late.
Wonderful care! And always gets me in for an appt.
Dr Richardson was very unhelpful and inexperienced. Will not be going back.
Have been visiting Quartz Mountain for years with Dr. Bourne. She was amazing. I don’t know what happened when she left, but the clinic is now terrible. The new doctor was extremely unknowledgeable. The exam my dog received was a joke. I have reached out twice in the last two days with a question about my dogs medicine. Each time I am told that they will speak with Dr Richardson and call me back soon. I have never been called back and each time I must explain my question to someone else. It's hard to say, you loved an experience, when your sweet fur baby is ill. Dr. Bourne, very thorough and always listens to me trying to describe, why I'm there..Charlene, always does a good job. Ps.. hope you feel better�. My 2 babies always happy to go, regardless of how ill.. but so glad to leave. Thank you, Dr. Bourne, for always helping my babies.
Dr. Florez, Dr. Borne, Charlene and the rest of the staff are amazing! Happy place for our fur babies.
