Welcome to Quartz Hill Mobile Home Park ! EST. Since 1972 We rent out spaces for mobile home trailers only. Although we do have RV storage for a low price. Mobile home space rent includes water and sewer. For you’re convenience we have a small snack bar, a kid’s playground and a pool and spa opened only during the summer. Our security is ACME security. Any recommendations or thoughts let us know down below.
RecommendedQuiet mostly. Most affordable way to live on the west side and have kids go to the best schools.
This place is deteriorating everyday. Poor management I came home from weekend to find NO WATER, AGAIN! AND THE SECURITY GATES DON'T WORK! AND THERE'S RATS AT NIGHT
I live there in high school my stepfather my stepfather was the manager there for many years His name was Bob Holmes he was a great guy knew how to manage the place well
Place sucks ass and licks balls management does nothing owner does nothing great place for drugs stealing peoples shit and careful of ur tires they get stabbed alot
Everyone is doing a lot better keeping their yards up. Doesn't seem to be as many unsavory people walking around
It's worse then a slum and the owners should live there and see how they like it!
