Maria is awesome and so cool
Office was closed on Saturday even though I made an appointment to tour - endless phone calls and texts later, as well as going in person, was unable to reach anyone. Arrived to see even the leasing building falling apart from poor construction quality. Very disappointing
I got robbed TWICE! TWICE. First time, someone took my lovely bike. Second, they wiped everything from my car parked outside my apartment, including a very important document. On top of that, the utility bill’s a joke. $300/month for water and trash. That’s $150/month per apartment for trash.
I have lived here for 7 years Quartz creek apartments are nice place to live it’s safe welcome new residents I recommend living at this good place the lease manager now is Maria she is so helpful and respectful thank you.
