Quartz Construction and Ohad Maloul rebuilt my 1200 sf deck with FiberOn composition decking in 3 weeks. The crew ( Ivan, Carlos, Rubin, Steven) is professional, highly trained with exemplary workmanship and aesthetic design. Ohad is an experienced project manager with effective communication skills. I appreciate the beautiful deck they created!

The project manager at Quartz Construction was rude and dismissive. When I asked for progress updates, he acted annoyed and told me to “trust the process.” Weeks later, I found out they hadn’t even ordered the materials yet! The lack of professionalism and transparency is shocking. I regret ever choosing them.

I had a terrible experience with Quartz Construction. Communication was almost nonexistent once the contract was signed. The crew showed up late, disappeared for days, and left the job half-finished. Every time I called the office, someone gave me a different excuse. They promised completion in 6 weeks, but it stretched over 3 months with no accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability.

Quartz Construction completely overcharged me and did subpar work. They quoted one price and then kept adding “unexpected costs” along the way, blaming “material increases.” The final bill was almost 40% higher than what I agreed to. The quality of the work was far from professional — uneven tile, poor finishing, and visible paint drips everywhere. Absolutely disappointed.
