Moved in dec beginning of dec 2025, submitted two tickets a few days after moving in. still have not been resolved. Till this day. They will act like they will fix the issue. Do nothing and close the ticket. It’s been over 4 months and ,my front door and blinds are still not working. Very disappointing, and frustrating . Consider different options before working with this property management company

Working with Quartr Living has been a great experience. Chelsea is so helpful and made my move a breeze! I was moving from a different state and could not tour the property so Chelsea made sure I had all the information I needed and made sure I knew exaclty what my unit looked like. Everyhting in the unit and the property matches the description from what I applied for. Definitley a great property management to lease from.
From touring to move-in, Chelsea has made everything a breeze. Even whilst not in state, she made sure we were constantly informed. The property is quiet and quaint and well maintained.
