After suffering a high fever for three days, I was admitted to York Hospital. I spent two more days there getting worse. Several doctors examined me. One tested for West Nile. Others thought that bacteria might be in a cyst on my spine, so I laid in an MRI for one hour and forty-five minutes with a fever, headache and muscle pain while they imaged my entire spine.
