The communication is great and I enjoy their attention to detail!
I would never recommend renting from Quartermaster Properties. This has been by far the worst renting experience my family and I have ever gone through. Not once was I ever consistently behind on rent I always paid on time or even early. The one and only time I was going to be late, I communicated with them in advance because my job had messed up our checks.
