Never rent any of Goldstone Management's properties. I lived at Quarryridge on Gilbert St., and the level of mismanagement was astonishing. The owner, Paul Goldstone, "oversees" a chronically dysfunctional operation. There has been a constant revolving door of on-site property managers , and the only capable one quit because dealing with ownership was untenable. Avoid this mismanaged building run by an incompetent owner at the helm. Constant revolving door of onsite property managers. The only competent onsite manager quit because the owner is a major problem (that was 4+ years ago and it has been a disaster ever since). There were stretches where there was no on-site manager. Nothing gets done here and they cut corners big time. Projects are started and stopped and not picked up again for years (see pool, carpet, painting).
