Avoid this mismanaged building run by an incompetent owner at the helm. Constant revolving door of onsite property managers. The only competent onsite manager quit because the owner is a major problem (that was 4+ years ago and it has been a disaster ever since). There were stretches where there was no on-site manager. I have lived in this building for ten years and the neighborhood is great and our neighbors are wonderful. It's a real village-like community. The work crew and "Current" building manager are amazing and hard-working people. I love living here. But if I knew who I was renting from in the beginning I would have never moved my family here.
