They didn't pay their supplier so now I have a lien on my house. They are refusing to pay it and work with me. Also found out that their manager was embezzling money, so now they are out of business. Dan, the owner, is now ignoring me after claiming he was going to take care of it. Going to have to get a lawyer I guess.
Must be out of business. Came by Saturday during business hours, locked up. Called three times today, goes to voicemail, mailbox full. Drove by today (Tuesday), locked up again during business hours. Used to be a great place before the name change or sale, whatever happened, but there are almost no bulk products now. Two small dirt piles one small gravel pile and that's it. I think they're done.
Always closed even during daytime hours.
We are a trucking company ,we delivered for this company and they still own us $3840 they don’t answer the phone,they are refuse to pay us!
They gave me a great price on 18 yds of red clay and they even delivered it to Hudson. I really appreciate it.
