RecommendedI love living here. Really changed our lives for the better. The amenities are great and there are monthly gatherings bringing all the residents together. So far everyone I've met here was also pretty great.

Recommendedwe used to own a large house and dramatically downsized to move here. Best decision we ever made. it is truly like living at a resort. and if you are a dog owner, it is a dog heaven.
I couldn’t agree more with all the comments from the people who rated this 1*. We also suffered a lot of inconvenience for over 2 weeks due to a water leakage and literally adjusted in one bedroom paying premium amount for a 2 bedroom apartment. This place freezes in winter no matter how many heaters you use. We have stayed in couple of apartments in this area and the experience at M2 has been the worst. RecommendedI love everything about living at 145 Front. It's everything you would find in a luxury building in Boston for half the price. The staff is friendly and courteous. Stainless steel, energy efficient laundry in unit, gym with an on demand fitness studio. The courtyard is awesome with the pool, grills, fire pits and outdoor tv. And my dog loves the bark park! So happy I decided to move here.

45 minutes before closing I walked in to ask about availability. I was very sternly told by the leasing agent Brittany that I would not be shown any apartments because they don’t tour after 4:30. She handed me a packet and I was told all the information I needed was online when I was right inside the building.
Took my $1000 deposit for not making a decision within 72 hours.
