Just got a haircut, I asked for a fluffy fringe and showed a picture. They cut my hair way too short and left it flat

Maybe it was because I came an hour before closing time, but my barber was abit disappointing. I'm not picky when it comes to barbers, and my request is not complicated. During my cut, it felt like my barber was trying to win a race. He was moving and cutting so aggressively that I actually started to get a headache from constantly getting hit with the comb.
