Beware the address as it is on Lost Ave not Evelyn. Only negative bad physical address. Hopefully this should be rectified soon. A great, quiet, quaint village of single apartments with a country feel. Lots of oak trees and animals wondering its grounds. Wild turkeys, squirrels, possum, rabbits, an occasional deer or skunk. Quarry Oaks has a great staff that take care of this small 42 unit senior single story apartments. Location is ideal also, next to a small shopping center with Dollar Store and the other block has your Neighborhood Walmart Store for groceries and pharmacy. Quiet and safe area for those evening walks and lots of activities. Run by the Volunteers of America out of Sacramento. Photos of inside are offered by visitor.
