Part arrived damaged. They told me to file a claim with FedEx which I did. Fedex paid them the damage claim. In the mean time there was fraud on my credit card so the account was canceled. Neil REFUSES to issue a refund to me any way outside from a credit card refund, which I can't receive since I no longer have the credit card account. Will never do business with them again and suggest you look elsewhere too. They are quick to sell you a part, but horrible to deal with if there is an issue.
