$600 for 30 mins of work, and a $15 part. Service is fast and friendly. I love they way they respond and follow-up, but you certainly pay for it. No rush fees or weekend charges, just a simple fix. I sent pictures ahead of time. The guy was in and out in a half hour. I asked about the huge charge and someone called back promptly. He was very friendly but made it clear... that's our price. I live around the corner and I always like to work with my neighbors. I guess everyone isn't so neighborly.
