C+ living at A- prices. I'd get mad, but it's just the state of the world in general now. It seems we're all just relegated to this fate. So where to begin? I suppose we could start at the gate, which has those raise/lower security gate-style arms, which have now been open 24/7 for the last 17 days. The leasing office will tell you this is for plows to get in and out, but it hasn't snowed in 2 weeks.
