After a few back to back winter storms, the Quarry Edge maintenance staff deserves 5+ stars! The parking lot, walkways and garage entrances are entirely cleared of any ice or snow. The dumpster and recycling areas are completely accessible. I can't thank the staff enough for their hard work and going above and beyond during this challenging weather!
Peter and Stephanie have been courteous, caring, and prompt when resolving any of the few issues we have had. We have been here for over three years and have been happy.
I emailed for information on a weekend and received a reply from Stephanie within minutes. She provided me with her cell phone number and took several calls from me throughout the day even though it was a weekend and she wasn’t in the office. She was so friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to speak to. She was knowledgeable about the apartments and the area and answered all of my questions. My boyfriend has lived here for 3 years and it has been amazing! I love that they have a gym, safe box for mail and packages, management has very quick responses, the overall complex is very clean, and I love that they have visitor parking passes! Overall very happy!!!
I have lived at Quarry Edge for almost 3 years now and can think of nothing but positive things to say. Quarry Edge amazed me from the beginning with their generosity, by giving tenants access to free Red Sox tickets throughout the season. This coupled with a friendly and quick responding property manager and maintenance team have allowed me to live for 3 years with little to no issues.
