Don't move here anytime soon, new owners are invading the tenants privacy every other week. Landlord doesn't care if inspections cause you stress, they will just continue to lay on more inspections. You are not paying for privacy or safety here. This place was a great place to live when I first moved in, but now that they are pounding me with inspection after inspection... (and it being the holidays too) I can't stand living here anymore. These inspections have made me loose sleep. Not fair to the renters who do keep it clea... read more
if your looking for a secure and quiet place to live . i definitely recommend choosing here. very kid friendly. as a new minnesota resident i don’t think i could have chose a better place.
Quarry Commons Apartments- Dawn Valerius, the site manager, truly shines. Dawn's warmth and professionalism made my mother and nephew's application process a breeze. She went above and beyond to assist them, especially considering English isn't their first language. Her welcoming demeanor and organized office set the tone for the entire experience. Highly recommend this place, thanks to Dawn's exceptional service.
