The lack of ability to answer a phone reflects a terribly run establishment, genuinely in awe of how poor of a location this is. Would not reccomend thinking about this place, other locations have receptionist that can pick up a phone or call someone back.
I booked the warm embrace package and it was amazing!! Tracey was my massage therapist and she was absolutely wonderful. I have cancer so we had a conversation before getting started about my body's needs and she was able to adjust things to make me more comfortable. The service was spectacular. Perfect for relieving stress and relaxing your muscles. I slept so well that night. I definitely want to book this again next time I am in Hot Springs! Thank you to the staff and to Tracey for an amazing experience. ♥️
Individuals who are menstruating or pregnant....you mean women? You may want to update your guidelines so to not dismiss women.
Gorgeous bath house, beautiful pools, and Julia Lamb provided the best massage I have had ever (and I have had a lot). I recommend her whole heartedly, especially cancer survivors. She does excellent lymph system work with gentle hands and a most gracious, healing attention.
