Hubby and I just did the public pools because the wait time for private was at least an hour. However it was amazing we spent 3 hours relaxing and moving from pool to pool in the waters. It was lovely and I recommend this experience do not skip.
I did the the aromatherapy bath. It was 20 minutes. I thought that since I made an Appointment for the private bath which was so short I could then opt and pay yo do the general pool after. They told me no. And there was a wait list and almo that I probably was not going to make it off the wait list that day. I felt my entire trip was ruined because I can specifically to spend the day at the bath.
We did the couples package of a private tub followed by a massage. It was very relaxing. We especially enjoyed the massages. Were able to book ahead over the phone but it took leaving several messages over several days before we got a call back.
Had a fabulous experience at this spa. Attentive staff and beautiful facilities. Will definitely return!
