No one answers the phone! My husband and I are going to Hot Springs over Thanksgiving 2025. We have left 3 messages, none of which have been returned. We started leaving messages 2 weeks prior to our trip and after 1 week of no returned messages we decided not to even bother. Sad this is their idea of customer service.
The mineral bath was amazing!
Loved it. Beautiful place with very friendly staff. Highly recommend.
We had a great experience here! My husband and I booked the couples getaway package and it was lovely. Massages were best we’ve had. Staff was kind and helpful! It was very busy at our check in time and the line was almost out the door but they worked quickly to get us checked in so we didn’t miss our reservation. Great experience!
