Contractors stay away, they refuse to pay when jobs are completed
They are good in clean your pool but don’t have them try to service your pool for a problem - they are terrible They over charge and have to come back several times to fix the problem and always Charge you again for a new problem
I don’t recommend using them. We paid a $20k deposit 11 months ago and they still haven’t started on our pool and the communication is piss poor. No call backs, over promise and under deliver. We can’t even get responses now and yet they have our money. I hope they see this so at least they acknowledge us and return our call. This company still refuses to acknowledge any of my calls, emails, etc. about the construction that was NOT finished despite us paying for it in advance. AVOID these SCAM ARTISTS!
