Between running, hyrox, mental residue, and my WFH job, I was long overdue for a massage. Betsy took great care and energy in working through all the various places of tension I was holding onto. 90 restorative minutes later, I got off the massage table feeling like a like cloud and with my mind body awareness turned up to 100%.
