The staff is great!! The Drs are great! But making an appointment at 8:15 and waiting over an hour for a less than 5 minute visit is absurd!! You book appointments 5 minutes apart but the steps until you actually see the Dr takes 20-40 minutes WHY??? You think our time is less valuable than yours???? Better rethink that policy as your customers pile up in the waiting room, each wondering what is taking so long?? Treat each of us the respect you expect us to give your staff!!
Trial contacts didn't work so I did a follow up appt. Dr. Walsh narrowed it down even more. I love the new trials this time and he told me my options. He is very thorough!
Well organized. Good doctors. They were a little behind schedule the last time we visited.
