The staff is very friendly and helpful. No long waits to see the Dr. Doctors explain what you needs to make your vision better. They are very good and let you know you matter to them. I've had my cataracts removed and it was an Amazing experience! The nurses are exceptional! I'm so happy I'm going there! It's a great place to have eye care. I highly recommend them!
It took me over 2 months to get my appointment. 2 hours before my appointment they called and canceled. Now it will take another 7 weeks to get another appointment. My doctor referred me to Quantum. I told him how I was treated so now he won't give them anymore referrals.
