Called them to see if they could help reset a password on an office laser printer (Xerox) and Murv in the Service Dept was extremely helpful. Would have walked me through how to do it with software myself over the phone, but I didn't have the proper hardware for it. He came out and had it fixed in under an hour. Friendly, professional, and diligent. I'll call Quantum again for my printer repair needs.
