Terrible stay away from DLV, I can't imagine a worse experience, initial quote which I agreed upon turned out to be non-color matched hip and roof shingle, then they charge me to get the correct stuff, all along the correct hip shingles are well documented on the Presidential TL bundle wrapper. The first crew turns out to be subcontracted (even though DLV's salesman emphatically stated they don't subcontract), it was this crew who refused to install the hip shingles because the color clashed so badly.
