Don’t trust a word this company says. I’m sure they are in line with the state of Florida to be brought to court for deceiving the customer to simply attempt to milk insurance claims. Poor poor ethics. I highly suggest to steer far far away unless you are prepared for the BS that follows. I also recommend reaching out to your home insurance provider to confirm if they have or haven’t received payment and the amount they have or have not received. Jacob Miles is a very experienced and skilled project manager for QRS. This was our family's first time dealing with water damage and filing an insurance claim so we had many questions, fears, and high stress. Jacob was always available to answer questions, address challenges head-on, and stayed close to us until the restoration and clean up was complete. Integrity, accountability, and customer service are all just as valuable as the water restorations skills piece, we would use QRS again but hope we don't have to .

Quantum Restoration was a godsend during one of the most difficult times I have ever gone thru as a homeowner. Quantum helped me get back into my house after hurricane Ian.
