Quantum Residential is simply evil. I have no other option but to live in a complex they manage. Their employees have sexually assaulted me, harassed me on and off the property, lied about me, thrown away/shredded my complaints and maintenance requests, allowed violence against the disabled, thrown away my rent check, fabricated fees against me and more. I have family members at the 12016 s.e. holgate in portland or. They are constantly belittled and disrespected. And told if they have complaints they will be evicted. There friends and family will be put in jail for trespassing. Would you want your elderly family which are disabled. Just took over our property and this makes no since to have in contract on site manager when she never here won't answer phone the manager needs to be in office for the tenants not when she wants
The plumbing in the old building that is managed by Quantum Residential broke and turned my apartment into a water park as well as flooding the downstairs unit. Incredibly Quantum Residential wanted me to claim to my renters insurance that I broke it. When I refused I received around 200 (yes I can prove it, 200) emails many of which were threatening and intimidating trying to coerce me into telling my renters insurance that I broke the plumbing. I live in Portland and stay.in one of their properties. Worst mistake ever..NO HOT WATER, PEOPLE IN YOUR PROPT, THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING EVER.. LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT GO HERE
